The Place offers to its customers several services to make their vacation magic and unforgettable

Bedroom with air conditioning – leaving room with two sofa bed, Led TV – kitchen with fully cooking area and a traditional fireplace – bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. With an external area where you can relax in a very quite zone.
At 300 meters from the Trulli, there is a charging station for electric vehicles.
Insurance general coverage.
Due to health regulations, the facility owns Industrial Ozone Generator, 10,000mg / h, Commercial Air Purifier, Ozonator with Timer.

Value per night and per 2 persons; Any person to add (Euro 30/gg)
Availability on request of a cot for a child up to 4 years free

Minimum stay 3 nights
Check-in on Saturday, only, from 3pm till 8pm
Check-out at 10am;
During winter months (October-March) we will require an additional value for the heating: € 15,00 daily
Booking Conditions: The booking will be confirmed after receiving the down-payment (30%). The balance (70%) is due one week prior to the arrival.

Cancellation penalties: The cancellation must be made by e-mail.

CANCELLATION FEES for reservations of ONE WEEK or more:
Until 21 days prior to the arrival: NO fees.
20 to 14 days prior: 30 % of the price is non-refundable.
13 to 7 days prior: 50% of the price is non-refundable.
6 to 0 days prior (or no-show): 100% non-refundable.
